Benefit Audits

We provide fee based benefit audit services either on an oversight or value added basis to check that current providers and advisers are fulfilling their mandates effectively in the light of current market practice.

Start Up Packages

We are sensitive to budgetary constraints that exist in start up situations and tailor initial packages to fit basic benefit criteria, including take-over of Transfer Undertaking of Pensionable Employment (TUPE) responsibilities with the aim of providing the most cost effective base for benefits implementation, whilst allowing future expansion.

Direct Offer - Flex/Employee Assistance Programmes

Situations can be resolved by the introduction of a specialist third party Consultant in some areas such as Flex and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provision.

We have also installed schemes on a direct offer basis, giving advice regarding suitability and competitiveness of the insurer but, to cut costs, allowing that the insurer will install and run the scheme on a full Electronic Data Information (EDI) basis.
