Philip Warren

Director: Private Clients

Philip is a City Assurance veteran having been with the company since 1980. Together with Iain Taylor, Philip carried out the MBO in 2002 from the founders. He specialises in Financial Planning.

Iain Taylor

Director: Corporate Division

Iain joined City Assurance in 1993 after 10 years with a major Canadian insurer. He has particular experience in the Group Risk, Corporate Pensions and Benefits.

Steven Rimmer

Chief Executive Officer

Steven joined City Assurance in 2001, where he assisted with the management buy-out and now has the principle role of Chief Executive Officer. Steven is also the company secretary and is responsible for the compliance function.

Ann Phillips

Operations Director

Ann joined City Assurance in 1976 as part-time PA. She became full time Office Manager in 1984, and arranged the move to the new offices in Redhill. She was appointed to the board as Operations Director in 2005.
